Yes, this young man is the epitomy of everything that is ignorant and badly educated about the English. Stupidity is one thing, but
utter stupidity is another & this young man has it in spades.
Stating that the entire German populus are arrogant is not only short sighted but shows a level of intelligence matched only by inner city chavs who will never venture out of their borough, let alone onto foreign soil.
People like him are what embarasses me about our nation. It shows quite clearly that whilst the rest of Europe has moved onto educating themselves with the cultures of others, learning their languages in pre-school, absorbing their ideals, foods, etc, we're waltzing around as though we're still masters of an empire that covers half the globe.
The fact that this young man actually thought the symbol of nazi Germany was a swat sticker is proof of how high the levels of intollerance we still abide by.
Anyway, don't mention the war. I did but I think I got away with it.
