I know this is a beer thread, but i couldnt think of where to put this lol.

Anyone recomend a nice red wine (im not a lover of red wine but i know the odd glass is very good for you so would like to try a few different ones)
I guess a red wine for a "red wine beginner" like me is what im looking for.
And nothing that tastes like vinegar please lol.........im not Plug Laughing

when i was a young laydee in the navy i use to get the girls drunk on Mateus Rose Very Happy worked every time

Mateus Rose bleh paint stripper. .
There are lots of different grape variety out there..
My Fav Reds are Shiraz from Australia, bit the st emillion from france is awesome..
Another decent producer of fine wines is Chilli they have some very nice flavorsome wines.
Anyway For your 1st Red I would recommend a light one ..these are a mixed grape variety fruity and light.
Perfect for you is J.P Chenet Rouge..about a fiver or less from any supermarket.
Lovely fruity flavour in a weird shaped bottle try it..
I love Red Wine in fact I prefer it to beer most of the time but !!!
The fooking Hangover lasts far far too long lol ...
